Shipping Policy

United States

Free shipping. In-stock U.S. orders ship from local U.S. inventory and are estimated to arrive in 3–5 days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

International orders

International orders are generally shipped from China. Free shipping is available to most supported destinations. If the actual postal shipping cost to a destination exceeds US$20, an additional shipping charge may apply. This can occur in certain higher-cost destinations, including some African countries and remote regions.

If an additional shipping charge is required, EFHIPS will confirm the charge with the customer before the order is processed. We will not silently add an undisclosed shipping charge.

International delivery time

International delivery time varies by destination, postal route, customs clearance and carrier conditions. Because these factors differ by country and can change, EFHIPS does not publish a single guaranteed international delivery time.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking availability and scan frequency may vary by destination and postal service.

Customs and import requirements

International shipments may be subject to local customs procedures, import requirements, taxes or duties imposed by the destination country. These requirements are outside EFHIPS's control and may affect delivery time.
