How to Wash a Car Seat Towel Cover

Regular washing keeps the cover useful

Machine wash cold

Avoid bleach and ironing

Bleach can damage printed colors and fibers. High direct heat from ironing is also unnecessary for a towel-style product.

Tumble dry low

Use low heat if tumble drying. High heat can be harder on synthetic fibers over time.

Wash before first use

A first wash can remove manufacturing dust and prepare the fabric for regular use.

Skip fabric softener

Fabric softener can coat absorbent fibers and reduce how effectively they handle moisture, so it is better avoided.
